Coverage of Additional Events
|
We’ll capture the goings on at each extra event purchased. Plus, if
your package comes with a “Highlights” segment, it will usually include
memorable scenes from these additionally recorded events.
Rehearsal (1 hr) – $150

“Through the Years” Photo Montage – $90
|
A popular feature, this is a great way to preserve
and share photos of the couple from childhood through engagement. We present these in an interesting way and
set them to music of your choice to make a touching look back. Limit 40 pictures.
This segment is placed on your finished tapes or DVD's,
but can also optionally be displayed at the reception for an additional fee. See below.

Honeymoon Photo Montage – $90
|
Rather than us tagging along on your honeymoon to
Tahiti (although we’d probably enjoy that), why not let us make a photo montage
using the snapshots you bring back? We’ll present these professionally and set them to music of your
choice. Limit 40 pictures.

Titles – Available free in all packages
|
We use professional titling software to put
beautiful titles on your video to begin the tape and to introduce each
section. Special wording or messages
can be requested at no additional charge.

Credits – Available free in all packages
|
Rolling credits at the end list everybody involved,
just like at the movies. You can also
include other special messages here, if desired!

Video Montage – $100 (included in most packages)
|
An emotional, slow-motion recap of the events of
your special day, using special effects and set to music of your choice. A
touching closing for your video keepsake.

Highlights – (included in Gold and Diamond packages)
|
This segment is one of the most interesting ways to
relive the events of your wedding. Usually 15 to 20 minutes in length, and contains just the highlights of
your day with titling, special effects, and music of your choice. Put the remote down, because you’ll be able
to watch this in its entirety time and time again.

Pre-Ceremony Interview – $200
|
An edited interview with the couple, discussing
topics such as the story of how they met, memorable dates, the proposal, and
future plans.

Deluxe Musical Love Story – $600 |

|
“Amazing”, “Wonderful”, and “I had no idea it would
be that good” are typical comments we get about this segment. This is the
ultimate romantic story of the couple, presented in a style that’s like a cross
between TLC’s “A Wedding Story” and a music video. Contains interviews with the couple about their meeting, dating,
proposal, etc (similar to the Pre-Ceremony Interview), but also includes
romantic scenes of the couple at picturesque locations, and is set to three
songs of your choice. The result is a powerfully emotional video story that
brings tears (and sometimes laughter) to those who watch it. We’ll shoot the romantic scenes and
interviews on location (takes approx. three hours), and the rest of the magic
happens later back at our studio.
This is a wonderful piece to show
at the beginning of your reception, along with the “Through the Years” montage
(if applicable). See below for this
service. Video must be shot at least
two weeks prior to the wedding day if it is to be shown at the reception.

Display of “Through the Years” Photo Montage and/or Deluxe Musical Love Story at Reception
|
Costs for display equipment vary from location to
location, and are not included in the Photo Montage or Love Story option
prices. We will display these segments
simply for the cost of the equipment rental. Although a TV/VCR cart will suffice in some circumstances, a projector
and screen is more desirable for large receptions. Expect to pay $50 to $150 for rental of this projection
equipment.

Wedding Web Site – $75
|
For friends and family that couldn’t be there, what
better way to share your day than with a web site dedicated to your special
day. We’ll keep the site up for 3
months after your wedding, to give everyone plenty of time to visit.

Custom DVD Authoring – $150 |

|
Your memories should last forever, so store them
securely on a custom DVD that will not wear out with repeated viewings and
cannot be accidentally erased. We
create a DVD that’s customized for your wedding. It contains the same segments you ordered on tape (up to 2
hours), except that it's digital, so the quality is excellent. This is not just a recording of your tape
onto DVD, but is a complete Hollywood-style DVD with fancy custom menus and
chapters so you can quickly find your favorite segments. Cost includes the creation of the disc and
one DVD copy with personalized label and case. Additional copies are available for a nominal fee (see below).

Purchase of Digital Raw Footage – $20/footage hour
|
Maybe you want a perfect copy of every single
moment recorded, or maybe you’d like to try your hand at editing your own
wedding masterpiece someday. If so, we
can sell you the raw footage on digital tape (either miniDV or Digital-8
format) for a cost of $20 per hour of footage (as each hour uses an additional
tape).
